Just a quick note on the terms of the referral. The $500 is payable if you give us the full details of the referred client and we successfully list and sell their home for them. The fee is payable on successful settlement, which means if the home doesn't sell, the referred party chooses another agent, or any other reason that results in the sale not making it through to settlement with myself as the agent, the referral fee will not be paid.

Don't worry though we will do everything we can to achieve the best result for your friend or family member and get you your referral fee.
